Dear Neeraj Sir and group members,

As informed earlier too, in my study with one dependent and 6 independent constructs I was applying SEM in Smartpls. I had good measures of construct validity and Q2. Model fit was on the borderline. However, while checking robustness of model with PLSPREDICT Q2 predict was positive for all the indicators of DV. But PlS values are more than the LM values. Now at this point I can't recollect the data. I have collected data from 340 farmers. Now what can I do.  I am at a dead end. Please advise.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Misra,

No need for fresh data collection. The results of PLSPredict just indicate that the model lacks the out of sample predictive power (Shmueli et al.,2019).

Best wishes

Fathullah
