OBJECTIVE OF THE WORKSHOP

The one-day workshop on Questionnaire Designing and Factor Analysis is designed to provide hands-on training to develop and validate models using AMOS and SPSS.

This workshop will enable participants to explore and analyse their own research practices systematically; and utilize modelling techniques effectively in their various research endeavours with primary and secondary data. The workshop will sensitize participants to build the models for addressing various business research problems.

 CONTENT

·       Introduction to Data Management

·       Questionnaire Framing

·       Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA);

·       Measurement Model Assessment; and Model Fit Indices

·       (Validity and Reliability Testing)

·       Introduction to Regression Techniques and Structural Equation Modelling
