Dear Group Members,

I am a PhD scholar at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, conducting empirical research on Talent Management practices and career outcomes for IT professionals across Generations X, Y and Z in India.

The study covers acquisition, development, retention practices, job satisfaction, work engagement, career prospects and the impact of AI tools on IT careers.
