I am a research scholar in the University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. This survey has been initiated to understand the adoption of blended learning in management institutions. This questionnaire is a survey instrument with the sole objective of collecting research data as part of my Ph.D. thesis.

A study on blended learning (Faculty)
Dear Respondent,

Blended learning is designed to give in-person students online material to complement their in-class experience. A fundamental component of a blended course is that these online materials are not intended to “replace” face-to-face class time; rather, they are meant to supplement and build upon the content discussed in the classroom. On the other hand, hybrid learning is defined as teachers sometimes taking online and sometimes offline classes for students.
    Using blended learning increases my chances of achieving tasks that are important to me in teaching.
    Using blended learning helps me accomplish tasks during teaching more quickly.
    Using blended learning increases my productivity.
    With blended learning I gain more competencies.
    I find the blended learning system useful in my teaching activities.
