Respected Group members,

Can anyone please guide me regarding a few things related to SRMR value in Model summary (SmartPLS 3)?

As per the referencing papers the value of SRMR should be less than 0.08, however I have obtained the value as 0.096. Is there any reference to defend this? If not, how can this value be brought to the acceptable level?

If some reference papers can be shared, it would be a great help to me.

TIA

Thanks & regards

Dear Ms sonu
pfa the paper that clearly states that the SRMR value is acceptable in the range of zero to 1 though well fitting models will have value less than 0.05(Byrne 1998,Diamantopoloussnd Siguaw,2000).  The relevant portions have been highlighted for ease of reference .  happy learning

Dear Sonu,

Run the fit indices and co-vary the measurement errors further to reduce the value of SRMR.
