Research Gate Account Locked

Hello All,
I am facing a weird issue with Research Gate. My account is locked since last few months.
When I try to get it back, it says we have sent you an email at ni.........@gmail.com (MY email associated with ResearchGate) but I don't receive any email (Tried the same many times in last 2 months). I have even clicked on 'contact us' and filled the details but no response yet.
Is there anyone who has faced such issue with the platform? Any other way to get the account back?
My account has  15+ research papers RG citation 63, GS citation 51, h-index-3 few months back, but most important, it has my answers to research queries, important connections and messages. It is part of my LinkTree (https://linktr.ee/Dr.NishaArora). I can't affort to loose the account.
