The interview questions for thematic analysis will depend on -:

1. Research questions 

2. Conceptual model

3. The variables you have in your study

I would suggest you to conduct a pilot interview and revise your questions accordingly. Also refer good papers from scopus indexed journals. Similar papers  will help you to frame questions for your variables, phenomenon.

Your can follow Marying technique or Braun and Clarke
