Guidance regarding report writing for repeated measure ANOVA

Namaskar Sir,

      I'm using a repeated-measures ANOVA for my study, where the same subjects were tested for baseline data and then post-tested after one, two, and three months, respectively. Got the SPSS output by watching your videos from YouTube. Now I need your guidance regarding writing research analysis for the same where I'm unable to understand which values I should report and what should be the appropriate language to write.

If needed, I can share the SPSS output also.
