How to frame objectives

Good morning everyone, 

I'm Jyoti Awasthi in third semester of my PhD. My area is Sustainable Finance, Clcan anyone please help me how to frame objectives. 

As of now , I have done SLR. Now what next? I'm having doubt how to proceed further
