Bibliometrix in R

Respected Sir

I tried many times with biblioshiny in R but everytime it does not convert my data. I took data from web of science. Before I fetch data in excel and now in txt format but again it is not working. 

and there is one more query as from web of science we can export 500 data in one time, can we combine all files? For reference attaching the screenshot of the query. and also my biblioshiny page do not show the (file format) option. Seeking for the reply.

Yes mam we can combine the files...if articles are more then 500
