RMSE value is 0.7 in ANN analysis

Dear group members 

Please guide that upon running ANN RMSE values comes to 0.7 approx.

It is right to use such values for ANN analysis.

On Page 7 of this paper (Section 4.2) 

The RMSE value of the training model was 0.403 and of the testing model was 0.274.

In another paper https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10796-022-10339-5

Section-4.4 mentions The values of RMSE are lower than 0.5; hence it can be interpreted that ANN models are accurate, reliable and capture the relationships between predictors and outputs (Chong, 2013).

But I couldn't find any reference so such a high value (0.7) for RMSE
