Limited options for analysis while using VOSviewer

Hello Everyone,

I am a research scholar and wanted to use VOSviewer for my qualitative research, I am facing an issue as I am not able to see all the options for my analysis. I am able to do co-authorship and co-occurrence analysis only, my options are not disabled as well.

Please guide me with the same.

Dear Ma’am,

Please specify what type of input you are using for Vosviewer, it will show all possible options if you use .csv file downloaded from scopus database and will show only limited option if input file is from any reference manager

Hi Sir,

I was using .RIS file download from Mendeley.

I also tried the same with another .RIS file downloaded from WoS.

The .CSV file u have to use it will show all options, if u r using .ris file a limited option will be visible. .ris file  using I also had the same problem trying using Excel your problem will be resolved.

It is also possible that you must have not extracted the full information which is required to run for your information. Plz check it on this also...and try to extract the data in bibtex also.

I am came across the same issue while using VOS VIEWER. Clean the data file and select all options while downloading the file.
