Procedure to interpret mediation results in AMOS

Hi eveyone,

 I am testing a model with a mediator and came across a modern mediation method (I referred to Zhao et al (2010) paper for the modern mediation method),  and another by Baron and Kenny. Can someone please guide as to what is to be used? Also how do I understand if there is partial or full mediation? 

A recent commment on the article sent for peer review is : I think there is a mistake in your results. You did not find evidence for full mediation because all the variables are directly related to each other as well.
