Can null hypothesis be partially rejected?

Dear experts,

Greetings!

I need a small guidance. I am solving a hypothesis using Hierarchical Multiple regression technique.

Hypothesis – “None of the 5 independent variables significantly predict the dependent variable”

Now, as per the Hierarchical technique, it generated 5 models (im using SPSS).  The  R square change in 5th model is non-significant whereas the Overall 5th Model is significant (as per ANOVA table). Also, only Beta values of IV-1 and IV-3 are significant and the rest are non-significant.

My question is – How to conclude this Null hypothesis?

Can I write like this – “This null hypothesis stands partially rejected as IV-1 and IV-3 significantly predict the dependent variable.” ….Can null hypothesis be partially rejected?

Kindly guide.
