Sir/Ma'am/Friends,

In case our unit of analysis is a firm and the research in is strategy domain, how to avoid the socially desirable response (Rosy Picture) Bias if we administer a questionnaire on the Top Management Team (C Suite Employees) on variables like Trust, Reputation ....in the firm. The researcher cannot undertake going to each member or actor in and outside the firm to measure these variables.

The biases can be removed by procedural as well as statistical methods.
