Dear Friends

DeMaTEL- Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory is a part of MCDM (Multi Criterion Decision Making) Techniques.
It can be used at the early stage of research.

I've explained it in this video:
Introduction to DeMaTEL: https://youtu.be/X7dvuskD-qI

Dear Friends

Building on our last discussion of DeMaTEL, I'm sharing a development that enhances our analytical toolkit: the Weighted Influence Non-linear Gauge System (WINGS).

WINGS represents a significant improvement over traditional DeMaTEL, particularly in its ability to capture more nuanced and complex relationships within decision-making processes. While DeMaTEL effectively identifies cause-and-effect relationships, WINGS takes this a step further by incorporating a non-linear gauging system that accounts for the varying degrees of influence among factors. This allows for a more precise and realistic mapping of interdependencies, which is crucial for robust decision analysis in intricate systems.

Base Paper: Weighted Influence Non-linear Gauge System (WINGS) – An analysis method for the systems of interrelated components by Jerzy Michnik

I've created a YouTube video explaining this advanced technique, demonstrating its application and highlighting how it can provide deeper insights compared to its predecessor. I encourage you to explore this new approach to enrich your understanding of multi-criteria decision-making.

1. Please search previous posts in the group before posting the question.
2. Don't write the query in someone's post. Always use the option of New topic for the new question. You can do this by writing to dataanalystraining@googlegroups.com
3. It’s better to give a proper subject to your post/query. It'll help others while searching.
4. Never write Open-ended queries. This group intends to help research scholars, NOT TO WORK FOR THEM.
5. Never write words like URGENT in your posts. People will help when they are free.
6. Never upload any information about National Seminars/Conferences. Send such information
in personal emails and feel free to share any RESEARCH-related information.
7. No Happy New Year, Happy Diwali, Happy Holi, Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc. allowed in this group.
8. Asking or sharing Research Papers is NOT ALLOWED.
9. You can share your questionnaire only once.

Dear Friends

Let's learn how to perform WINGS using R. I've created a YouTube video focusing on the Weighted Influence Non-linear Gauge System (WINGS), with a practical demonstration using R. In this video, I've utilized the RMCDA R package to illustrate how to implement WINGS effectively. This session aims to provide a clear, step-by-step guide on applying WINGS for robust decision-making analysis, particularly in situations involving complex, non-linear interdependencies among factors.
