I have thought to calculate efficiency of credit teams in banks, i have outlined the inputs and outputs.

Now, help me decide to use CCR Model or  BCC Model?

Run BCC first
Get pure technical efficiency
Identify the best managerial practices

Then run CCR
Compute Scale Efficiency
Scale Efficiency=CCR score / BCC score

Diagnose:
BCC inefficient → managerial/process issues
BCC efficient but CCR inefficient → scale problem (too large / too small)
