Hello Neeraj sir and Group members,

As we all know topic selection is very important but difficult task for any researcher, I am struggling with the same.

Wanted your suggestions regarding topic, I plan to work on the topic of CSR for my PhD. Any suggestions what kind of data or index are available for CSR and what new can be done in the field?

Regards,
Sakshi

dear sakshi
what I feel that you can study CSR with respect to micro and macro focus as “Macro-CSR” focuses on top-level corporate policies and strategies, the focus of “Micro-CSR” is on the actual effects and impacts of those policies on people both inside and outside the corporation.
you can take cases of big corporates and carry the study.

best wishes

Dear Sakshi

Some times its just the way we look at things changes the entire perspective. The answer to your query lies in your question. First of all look for the  definition and data related CSR and see what all has been done and what is going on in the field.
as a starter just type the two parts of your questions in google and see the plethora of possibilities..

Good luck

Dear Sakshi
I advise you to first enroll into any university, then get a guide and then discuss such things with your guide. Our discussing such thing will not take you anywhere.
Best wishes

Thank you for all your inputs.
I am searching the data available and literature available. Need to prepare some base work before approaching any teacher so thought to seek a broad perspective.

Thank you all
