I am pleased to inform you that DataMatics Solutions is pleased to announce a 6 day workshop on Covariance Based - Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) using IBM AMOS. 

The resource person for the workshop will be Dr. Ajinkya Navarae, PhD, from IIT Bombay and faculty at S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. 

About the Resource Person

Dr. Ajinkya Navare is a distinguished academic and researcher with a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India. His expertise in the confluence of Spirituality in the Workplace and Positive Psychology is evident through his significant intellectual contributions, including journal publications, book chapters, and conference presentations. Notably, Dr. Navare has published his research in top-tier journals, including those ranked in the prestigious Financial Times FT50, affirming the global recognition of his work. His research has garnered numerous awards, including the ‘Best Paper Awards’ by INDAM and IISc, and the ‘Most Cited Paper Award’ by Wiley.

In addition to his scholarly achievements, Dr. Navare has conducted several

workshops on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), which have been highly

appreciated and received accolades from participants. These workshops

demonstrate his commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise, enhancing the

analytical capabilities of scholars and practitioners in the field of management

research.
