Dear group members
While performing moderated mediation in SmartPLS using process, all my relationships were significant except one concerning conditional indirect effect. I am attaching a picture of that result. Please guide me on it.

Dear Kashish
One of the great contributions of Prof Hayes is that he told the world about the conditional effect.
Prior to his ideas, we always worked on the regression analysis on average ie all computations are based on average. Mod is also checked on average.
Prof Hayes argues that it is possible that on average value of mod, there is mod effect but at higher or lower values the same is cancelled. Hence, he suggested checking the mod effect on avg-sd and avg+sd, these 2 limits are called the lower and upper values.
In your case, the results show that the moderation effect is there on avg (Beta 0.097 ***) as well as the higher side (Beta=0.152 ***) but on the lower values of moderator (Beta=0.042, p>0.05), the moderation effect is lost.
This is a great finding and shd be explained in detail with the support of previous studies.
Best wishes

Thanks for this detailed explanation sir. Now this result is pretty clear to me. I will support it with  previous literature and good theoretical understanding.
