The Department of Management Studies (DOMS), Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bengaluru, is organizing a Three-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Writing and Publishing Research Papers: A Practical Guide to Journal Selection, the Peer Review Process, and Ethical Publishing".

The FDP will provide a focused and practical introduction to research gap identification, journal selection and verification, secondary-data and primary-data research article development, manuscript revision, peer-review feedback, publication ethics, and responsible use of AI in research writing. The programme will also include practical examples, article-based discussions, and manuscript revision exercises.
