The journal seems OK with respect to the coverage as well as the indexing of individual papers in Scopus database. However, pls check two important things 

1. Is in An Open Access journal? It seems to be a hybrid one. Check the open access fee. 

2. The link that I have validated from scopus is https://www.worldscientific.com/ (make sure you submit the paper as per the guidelines and process given on this link.
