Dear Neeraj Sir and Group Members,

My model has two IV, one DV, and one moderator. Moderator (remote work intensity) is a categorical variable with three categories- low, moderate, high.
While checking for discriminant validity using Fornell-Larcker in PLS-SEM, do I also need to take into account the moderator values calculated in the matrix? Furthermore, while using the HTMT as well as bootstrapped HTMT criterion, do I need to report values of the moderator and interaction terms, as given in the HTMT matrix?

Kindly guide.

Regards,
