Query regarding UGC Care List

I am looking for the UGC care list numbers for the journals, please let me know from where can i find the number, as i could not find it on UGC web site.

Please anyone confirm whether this journal comes under UGC Care list. This is indexed in Web of Science in Emerging sources citation index. This index is not mentioned in UGC care list. Other three index are mentioned.
