Data Visualization and Web Developer Role (Full Time, Remote ok)

Our organization (ZingSoft, zingsoft.com) is seeking an experienced Web Developer to create, support, and improve our data visualizations and product websites. ZingChart (zingchart.com) and ZingGrid (zinggrid.com) are data visualization and storytelling tools oriented towards web developers and designers, product managers, technical marketers, business analysts, and data scientists.

The role is focused on web development with a foundation in semantic, standards-compliant HTML, artful CSS, and dependency-free JS.  Accessibility, interaction design, and good user experience are also of great importance to our organization.  While this IS a development role, the right candidate has to have a strong interest and some background in data visualization and data literacy, as it requires constant creation and implementation of new and topical dataviz.  Further, our many customers require guidance in their own dataviz implementations, so interpreting their intent and helping them to tell their story through dataviz is critical.  The job description is available in its entirety on our affiliated organization's jobs page: https://recruiting.paylocity.com/recruiting/jobs/Details/693491/PINT-Inc/Data-Visualization-Front-End-Web-Developer.

Our operations are based out of San Diego, California, but the team operates remotely across the US and Europe, and we are open to both local and distant applicants.  Non-US applicants will likely have to work on a consulting basis, as we are only licensed to employ in Mexico and the US. Some overlap with Pacific Time (UTC−08:00/7:00) is desirable for meetings, but we can be flexible for the right candidates.
