ABOUT OUR TEAM 

The Marketing Insights team strives to understand people’s lives, experiences, behaviors, attitudes, and needs - so that we can better communicate with consumers across our Facebook family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger). 


ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a visual information specialist who can help us connect with internal stakeholders by creating innovative ways to share our work including presentations, infographics, newsletters, explainer videos, webpages, etc.  We’re seeking a master storyteller who knows how to break down complex information into compelling stories that break through. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Marketing Insights researchers to help them “tell stories” with their data - creating multimedia assets that pique stakeholder interest and keep them engaged (power points, infographics, workplace notes, explainer videos, etc.) 

  • Help develop creative content and assets that amplify the impact of our team

 

SKILLS

  • Visual Design (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Infographics, flyers, Newsletters)

  • Audio Asset Development (Ability to make simple explainer videos) 

  • Microsites Design - particularly in Google sites

  • Brand Identity Development 

  • Narrative Development - Ability to break down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas

  • Ability to help craft narratives in visual or video format 

  • Copywriting & editing a plus

  • Experience with the following a strong plus: Canva, market research, internal comms

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work (include link on your resume)

  • Proficiency with graphic illustrator and/or publishing programs - particularly Canva and its suite of services including visual and video 

  • Proven capacity for full creative and technical management responsibility of visual communication strategies large and small

  • Experience with market research, internal comms, and/or marketing  a plus

  • Must be eligible to work in the US
