Our users need a rich, immersive experience across the desktop, web, and mobile that helps them to effortlessly gain insights and make sense of the immense amounts of data being generated by their businesses. As a Power BI developer, you'll help solve many interesting challenges in the areas of fluid animations, responsive layout, beautiful data visualizations, scalable services and easy to understand experiences. We use the latest web technologies and push the boundary on performance by extracting the last millisecond from the browser. We love open source, and are constantly looking for opportunities to increase customer value or team productivity by onboarding new open source projects.
We are looking for technically strong, self-starting innovators excited by the challenges, risks, and rewards of a new product.
Qualifications
Desired Attributes:
- Strong coder with a great performance history
- Accustomed to fast-paced, collaborative workgroups - experience with agile is a plus
- Love the challenge and excitement of V1 products
- Have previous experience developing responsive web-based experiences
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of industry experience working on commercial software applications or services
- 2 years of experience with C#, C++, or Java
- 2 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of TypeScript
- 1 year of Angular/Ember/React or similar
- 1 year of git
