I have been trying to gear up for D3 so I could develop on my own, but I just do not have the time to live life, learn D3 AND get my idea out on the web quickly enough. So here I am...

What I am looking for is a D3 developer that would be willing to look over my idea after signing an NDA. Up until I discovered D3 I was working out kinks for how to develop this in straight Javascript, however, D3 manages every part (but the User base) beautifully so I'm going with D3 for now. If you're comfortable with D3 and basic web development, I believe that it would be fairly easy to put together a quote that I can use. I need that quote so that I can put together a KickStarter / GoFundMe / etc. to generate the funds necessary to pay you to get my idea off the ground.

Ideally, I would find a developer that would rather opt to be a partner in this site/app but not everyone is going to be as excited about this as I am.

I'm a hobbyist programmer, but I have web dev experience. I'm hoping to setup the foundation for my site in a CMS system like Drupal (they have a D3 module in development right now) to handle the site security, user db management, etc. I just need the D3 component together and running.
