Hi All,

tl;dr - You can now pre-populate config values through a direct link to your connector.

I'm excited to announce a new feature for Data Studio Community Connectors--more powerful connector direct links.

If you know the configuration values that your users will want ahead of time for your connector, you can set those values through a query parameter. Additionally, you can override the template set in the connector manifest. 

Here's an example using the Stack Overflow Connector.

If you click on the link above, you'll see that it navigates directly to the Stack Overflow connector, and fills in the tag, result count, and sort config values.
