(Release) Support for Comparison Date Ranges for Community Visualizations and DSCC Library Update

In case you missed it, a commonly requested feature, being able to enable or disable comparison date ranges has been added to community visualizations in Data Studio. In addition, the DSCC library has been updated to version 0.3.21 adding support for information about date ranges.
