Graph database chapter

I have added a chapter on Graph Databases and updated the web site and Instructor's Manual to reflect this addition. There are about 20 end of chapter exercises for querying a graph database. 

I still need to finish the slides, and this should be done in a week or so.

If you follow the instructions on the front page of https://www.richardtwatson.com/dm6e/ you should get an automatic update of your version of the book. Some people have had problems, and they had to contact Amazon to resolve it.

I will continue to maintain the book for the foreseeable future.
