New release of Data Management

Hi

The latest release has two improvements.

• Coverage of the new sentimentr package in the chapter on natural language processing
• Moved the material of dplyr, which implements a grammar of data handling, to the introductory R chapter. I think this is a better approach to manipulating data frames than sqldf because you can embed R functions within dplyr function. dpylr also supports piping.

I also corrected a few typos, etc.
