Hi

I have done a complete review to clean up the conversion to markdown. The main issue was with formatting tables for markdown, which is a simple language. It lacks some of the typographic elegance possible with a word processor, so I needed to make some modifications.

I also did some updating.  

As errors are detected, I will correct the book, but I don't anticipate any major changes in the next few months. 

If you use the pdf version, you might want to download the latest version.
