Hi

I had to switch hosting services for richardtwatson.com

The new host is now operational, and an important  change is that I now support MySQL 8. As part of the update, I made a few small changes to some of the  R code.

The slides and text have been updated. The revised version of the text should be available via Kindle with 3 days.
