Hi..I done with export,insert,update and delete commands using
Dataloder CLIq...but i couldn't work with upsert harddelete...how to
work with those commands...i created .csv and .sdl files also..it
doesn't show any errors at the time of running the batch file...but it
donot updated at the salesforce object

Can you send your sdl file and process-conf.xml? (you can remove the password)
