Even with password security token can not successfully log in, but
history has shown in the log "Other Apex API login" success status?
Even for another computer and another administrator account is the
same, they can not see a result of "Login Successful"...

Are you using a proxy? Can you post your cliq.properties file?

Try to encrypt the password and the security token again and if there is any proxy prob then use the proxy user name and password. Use the same key file for password encryption. place it where you have placed the extraction code (config file)
