Setting Related Objects

I'm working through setting up Upserts for my objects but have a
problem with Opportunity. When using the ApexData Loader I select the
Data Object (Opportunity), Data File (Opportunity.csv), Field Matching
for Opportunity (Booking_ID) and then a Related Object for Account
(Account_ID). Using the CLIq tool, this final step, Related Object, is
missing.

I've read through the Winter 12 Data Loader User Guide but can't see a
mention of how this data is stored in any of the config files.

Does this mean it can't be done? Any ideas very welcome, thanks in
advance!

I see what you are saying - I am not sure how that is accomplished in
the data loader CLI config (process-conf.xml).

If we find a solution, I can incorporate it.

Thanks for that - Salesforce support say because it is the CLI, it isn't their issue (even though the GUI  has the ability!)
