Pie & Donut Charts?

Hello,

I am giving Data Illustrator a try and so far it looks really promising.

Has anyone found a solution for creating simple pie and donut charts with Data Illustrator?

I can see a possible solution for a donut chart if there is an option to control the dash/gap properties of a stroke.

Hi Ivan,

Thank you for trying out Data Illustrator. The DI tool does not currently support polar coordinates or arcs which would be necessary to create pie/donut charts. That is an interesting solution to the use the dash/gap of the line, but we don't currently support changing those path properties in DI.

I would recommend trying Charticulator (https://charticulator.com/) - a prototype recently released by Microsoft Research that supports polar coordinates.
