Attached is a screenshot of how my CSV is formatted.
When I click on the "Import my dataset" button, I can select my csv and click "open."
After doing this, the interface does not change and still says "No data imported."
It's like the program does not recognize my file.

Any ideas on how I can get it to recognize my file?

Hi, I had the same issue.
I saved the csv with a different encoding (UTF-8 No BOM) and it worked.

I'm saving it from Excel as a UTF-8 file (see screenshot) and it still does not upload.
Should I encode it in a different program in order for it to work?

Hi Dorsey,
There seems to be a bug in the app when it reads in the csv file. While we are working to fix it, you can simply rename the column "Ripple Effect vs. Booklet" to "Ripple Effect vs Booklet" (remove the period), and it should work.

Thanks,
Leo

Hi,
I am working on another visualization and the following csv will not load.
Is there another bug I am not aware of?
This one has the "." deleted, so I'm not sure what else could be the issue.

Hi,
It seems that the first column name is empty? The first line is ",Year 1,Year 2,Year 1 vs Year 2". Putting something in front of the first comma will work,

Thanks,

I see it, whoops!
Thanks for looking into that.

Looks like I spoke too soon - I have added the first column and it still does not load.

Hmm.. it's working for me, please try the attached file. Also, try clearing your browser's cache so that it is reloading the file instead of using the cached file.
