Hello! Great tool, much easier to pick up than MS Charticulator (although I am an experienced Illustrator user so that is hardly surprising).
Questions:
1. Can the axes label for a graph be switched, e.g. with a bar graph the axes label are on the right, can they be switched left?
2. Is there any way to format the axes data, e.g. if I have 25,000 (or 25000) as a data value can I change the way it is displayed via Data Illustrator itself (£25k for example) or do I have to change the underlying data set?
Cheers - and keep up the good work!

Hi Mark, we're glad you found Data Illustrator easy to pick up! I'd be more than happy to answer your questions as well:

1. At the moment the tool does not support flipping the alignment of axes. You can click and drag on the background area of any axis to position it perpendicularly with respect to its bound shapes. However, the axis still maintains its original orientation. We are considering adding a feature where you could drag the axis to the right or top, and the axis would re-orient. Stay tuned for this update coming soon.

2. We also don't support any custom formatting for axes. But that's a great idea! I've seen some cases of unwieldy axes or legends with very large numbers. That feature would take a bit longer to implement, but thanks for bringing it up. We are considering ways in which we can support the customization of axes and legends in future releases.

My recommendation for an immediate fix would be to export your chart as an SVG and to make final adjustments to the axes in a tool like Illustrator.

Thanks for using Data Illustrator and for your feedback!
