I can only partition a single category of my data

My data is attached. When I create a rectangle and try to partition it according to one of my column headings, then the only option I have available is row_ID . I want to be able to partition it according to the 'Length' or 'Width' category but it does not show up as an option.

Being able to view the raw csv data file for the example data sets, would really help in ensuring my formatting is correct... Please allow this option.

Hi, 

You can only partition a shape by a categorical column - the values in that column must be names/text, not numbers. If you want to partition it by length or width, you can group the length or width values into bins first, then partition by the bin column.
