topic contributed session at JSM 2010?

Hi everybody,

first of all I'd like to say thanks to Hadley for organizing such a
great Data Expo!

I am the program chair of the Section on Statistical Graphics at the
Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) next year, and I think, that the Data
Expo '09 would be a good theme for a topic contributed session -
besides, we've done the work already! :).

I would like to get some feedback on who among you would be interested
in giving a talk in Vancouver next year?
(For students there'd be some (limited) funding available to help with
the travel)

I think this would make a great Topic Contributed for 2010. Great
idea. I'd be interested in participating.

I echo Heike's congratulations to Hadley. It must have been a huge
amount of work! Many thanks for a job well-done.

Thanks to Hadley for organizing a great poster session!

I'd also be interested in participating next year in a session. On
that note, is there any record of the judge's commentary on the
posters? It would be nice to be able to incorporate their feedback
into a talk next year.

No, mainly because of my last minute organisation of judges and
judging criteria. It's something I plan to do better for next year.
