git support off the agenda, for now

Having created myself a github account, and doing a very cursory
review of what is involved, it is only fair to say that I will, for
now, not bother with git support.

My reasons are:

1. I would need to distribute/require the entire "portable git"
download, which is 138 meg, uncompressed, as part of the standard
dashy download (or at least as an addon), which seems ridiculous
2. The way it does authentication, with public keys and ssh, means
additional work in handling the communication of this to the
appropriate git commands
3. I'm dubious as to the number of git users who also use windows who
will also want to use dashy. My estimate is that this number is so low
it's not worth the effort, I'm happy to be wrong, but will wait to be
clearly corrected before I spend time on it
