Version 1.9.0 of livesim2

Version 1.9.0 of livesim2 has been released and deployed on https://livesim2.dashif.org.

Among the new things is addition of the certURL element needed for Fairplay DRM.

I made a (draft) PR 4941 in dash.js to add support for Fairplay and it works.
It also works in Shaka-player.
