livesim2 v1.8.0 released

There is a new release v1.8.0 of SVTA/DASH-IF livesim2,

a test source for lots of configurable variants of live DASH streams for dash.js and

other DASH players.

The main features are support for AC-4 and MPEG-H audio codecs as well as

CMAF-compliant audio edit lists.

There are also short test assets for these features.

The online instance https://livesim2.dashif.org has also been updated to v1.8.0.

It includes the following new assets:

* WAVE/av is a combined synchronized video + audio from WAVE test asset with

  a edit-list offset of 2 audio frames (part of livesim2 repo testdata)

* dolby-ac4/2997fps is a  short sequence with 2.002s segments for both video and audio.

   (part of livesim2 repo testdata)

* mpeg-h_one-day-in-berlin HEVC video + MPEG-H audio demo asset (from Fraunhofer IIS)
