dash.js v5.1.0 released

Dear All,

we have just released version 5.1.0 of dash.js. The main changes in this release include initial support for L3D DASH, MPEG-5 LCEVC Scalable support, support for the preselection element and a Cue Interval Tree for fast cue lookups.
