ACM MMSys’21 - Bridging Deep Media and Communications 

Sept. 28 - Oct. 1, 2021, Istanbul, Turkey

MMSys'21 will be a hybrid event, accommodating both on-site and online participation. On-site participation may be limited due to the venue size, so please register early. You can also register companion(s) for the social events. 


We are also offering several travel and carer grants for author/non-author/on-site/online participants. If interested, apply before Aug. 31st (details below).


In addition to research, open dataset and software, and demo and industry papers, this year, our program will also feature:

  • Amazing keynotes from Tencent, Facebook, Google and Amazon

  • Three workshops: GameSys, MMVE and NOSSDAV

  • A dedicated symposium for doctoral students plus two grand challenges

  • An awesome social event each day 

  • Postponed celebrations for the 30th and 25th anniversary of NOSSDAV and PV, respectively

Registration

Registration for on-site and online participants is now open. Online participation is free but still requires a registration. On-site participants can register family members/companions at a reduced rate, too. See https://2021.acmmmsys.org/participation.php#registration.



Travel and Carer Grants for Any Participant (Deadline is Aug. 31st)

MMSys’21 is offering several travel grants to students as well as attendees from minority groups and less fortunate countries. This year, MMSys will also offer carer’s grants. Grants are available for any participant: author, non-author, on-site or online. See https://2021.acmmmsys.org/grants.php.
