DASH 9 date, and call for volunteers

Dear puzzlers,

I can hardly believe it's been three months since DASH 8! We on the DASH team have begun to turn our attention toward the coming year.

First, mark your calendars: DASH 9 will happen on Saturday, May 6, 2017. We have already begun working on the story for DASH 9 and I'm really looking forward to sharing it with you all.

Second: DASH is only possible through the work of dedicated volunteers. Please consider joining the DASH team and helping make next year the best DASH ever. We are seeking people to fill the following roles for DASH 9:

* Puzzle authors - write puzzles!

* Graphic design - create a uniform puzzle experience

* City coordinators - organize DASH in your city

* Public relations - handle press releases and promotion

* Printing - turn puzzles into physical artifacts and ship them to cities

* ClueKeeper wrangler - all things ClueKeeper

* Treasurer - handle the financials
