DASH 11 Registration Announcement

Greetings, Puzzlers!

We are happy to announce that registration for DASH 11 opens today!  (It's actually already open in Australia, Europe, and the US Eastern time zone.) 

Each city's registration page goes live at 2 PM local time in that city. This helps us spread out the server load and also makes it easy to just say "registration opens at 2 PM" and have that be true no matter where you are.

So, registration is either already open for you, or it opens at 2 PM.  :)
