  • Bento Con Cosplay Contest (sponsored by DAS )
  • Date: August 26, 2023
    Time:  10:00 am - 11:30 AM: Check in, judging and sign-ups (limited) (at DAS Table), 1 pm: Stage Lineup,1:30 pm: Stage presentation and awards
    Place: Claymont Community Center, 3301 Green Street, Claymont DE
    About: Come join us for the Bento Con 2023 cosplay contest! Sponsored by the Delaware Anime Society with prizes provided by Ocean City MD Comic Con! We welcome all genres/types of costumes including anime, fantasy, sci-fi, comics, video games, movies etc.
    Due to time and space considerations, we will take a max of 25 sign-ups and will have an online form available before the convention. Limited sign-ups and check in will be available at the DAS table at Bentocon

Meetings:
    • DAS Dover Chapter Meeting: August 2023
      Saturday,  August, 12  2023: 1-4:15 PM,(at Kent County Public Library  497 South Red Haven Lane Dover, DE 19901) 


      Join DAS Dover for in person meetups for anime and gaming! Ages 13 and up welcome!
      Find us in the meeting room that is to the right of the children's area.


      **Safe spacing is encouraged. Properly worn masks (covering from nose to chin) are encouraged, but not required.**

      Join us for some anime, games and good times! You can find us in the meeting room off the children's library area. Food and drinks are not allowed in library meeting rooms and must be consumed outside the library.

      DAS Wilmington August 2023 Meeting Schedule: Sunday, August 13, 1-4PM.*

      Route 9 Library and Innovation Center: 
      3022 New Castle Ave, New Castle, DE 19720
      Join us for the DAS Wilmington Meeting at the Route 9 Library and Innovation Center!
      We will be hosting board games and anime in the Scriptatorium meeting room, this may change depending on room availability.
      We'll be going out to eat after the meeting everyone is welcome to come.
      We'll be watching an assortment of Anime from new anime to some classics and playing some fun Board Games.
      Food and drink allowed in the room (as long as it's kept clean), I usually bring something so if you wanted bring something to share

    •  join us at Bento Con or in September for our regular PA chapter meeting!
